CompStrategy Managing Partner since May 2017. Coach in Strategic Management of Compensation and Benefits from January 2013 to April 2017. Previously Mercer Associate Director (Principal) from March 2005 to December 2012. He worked at Towers Perrin / Marcu and Associates from August 1991 to July 2004 as Director of the Human Resources Division, and has been a Principal (Partner) of Towers Perrin since 2000 and leader of the RPM (Rewards and Performance Management) practice for Latin America since 2001.

Previously, he was the Human Resources Development Manager at Compañía Gillette de Argentina. He also served as Personnel Manager at Rio Colorado (Bridas Group) and was Compensation Manager and Training Coordinator for the Bridas Group's headquarters. At the beginning of his career he worked as Head of Remunerations and Head of Industrial Safety at FATE and as Remunerations Analyst at 3M Argentina. His main area of knowledge and experience is in the field of Human Resources Management.

He has directed numerous projects for a number of leading companies in areas such as Compensation and Benefits Surveys, Evaluation of Positions and Salary Structures, Evaluation of Performance and Potential, Competencies, Short and Medium/Long Term Incentive Systems for Executives and Managers, Sales Personnel and other personnel groups, Expatriate Compensation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Personnel Opinion Surveys.

He graduated as an Industrial Engineer from the School of Engineering of the University of Buenos Aires. He has participated as a speaker in numerous seminars and congresses on topics of his specialty in Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Santiago de Chile, San Pablo, Lima, Quito, Bogotá, Mexico City, Miami and London. He was a professor of the subject Remunerations and Benefits of the Master of Human Resources at UCES for more than 15 years. He was invited to present topics of his specialty at the following universities: DI TELLA, UBA, UCA, UADE and San Andrés.

Martín Pérez Menéndez

CompStrategy Managing Partner since Jan 2017. Human Resources strategist, consultant and reference in innovation issues in Executive Compensation. He has more than 20 years of experience, assuming increasing responsibilities in the most recognized multinational and national companies in Argentina, performing executive and consulting functions of maximum responsibility.

Perez Menendez has been responsible for the direction, design, implementation and administration of Compensation, Employee Benefits, Expatriate and Payroll policies, programs and initiatives at Pan American Energy, including budgeting and salary cost control. Previously, Perez Menendez served as Global Compensation and Benefits Manager at Tenaris, with responsibility for over 30 countries. In this role, he led the compensation and benefits process, designing and implementing the company's global practices.

In addition, Pérez Menéndez has more than 10 years of consulting experience working for Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), where he served as Director of Consulting for the Buenos Aires and Madrid subsidiaries.

He led Towers Perrin's Executive Compensation Division, providing services such as Job Evaluation, Organizational Design, Compensation Surveys, HR Function Effectiveness Analysis, Career Mapping, Strategic Design of Incentives and Sales Force Incentives, directing the subsidiary's most important projects from the definition of the service or product, marketing strategy, pricing, client relations, project execution and quality control of the service provided. Prior to joining Towers Perrin in Spain, Pérez Menéndez directed the Executive Compensation Division in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
