Specialist in strategic compensation and human resources management, with an extensive career advising leading companies in Argentina and the region.

Zoltan Rosenfeld has been Managing Partner at CompStrategy since 2017. Throughout his career he held senior positions in consulting and major companies, including Mercer, Towers Perrin / Marcu y Asociados, Gillette, Bridas Río Colorado, FATE and 3M Argentina.

Martín Pérez Menéndez has been Managing Partner at CompStrategy since 2017. He has over 20 years of experience and has held top-level roles at Towers Perrin, Tenaris and Pan American Energy, leading global and regional compensation, benefits, expatriates and payroll policies.
